Sector partners BOFIDI and Taccx Partners are entering into cooperation. As a result, it will be possible to develop extra services, and the geographical presence of both companies will be enlarged. The objective is to further improve the quality of the service provision.
From a common ambition to grow and to offer entrepreneurs more and better services, sector partners BOFIDI and Taccx Partners are entering into close cooperation. After all, both companies consider it important, as accountants, to act as confidential advisors and sounding boards for entrepreneurs.
This cooperation will result in an increase in scale of the extra services that BOFIDI has developed in recent years: payroll services, tax advice, legal advice and business consulting. For its part, Taccx Partners will have the opportunity to offer its clients an additional range of services. This will mean internal staff are able to specialise even more in a particular field, thereby increasing the quality for the clients.

This cooperation also offers geographical advantages. “Where BOFIDI is mainly present in the major economic centres in Flanders (with offices in Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Halle, Hasselt, Leuven and Zoersel), Taccx Partners focusses on its presence in Antwerp and the Antwerp Kempen (with offices in Wommelgem, Zandhoven, Westerlo and Berlaar)”, says Johan Peeters, CEO & Partner of BOFIDI. “By working together we can concentrate our presence, which also offers advantages in the employment market. New employees will be able to work closer to home.”
In a second phase, both companies will investigate which internal economies of scale are possible. For example, BOFIDI and Taccx Partners will examine the possibility of working with common software and billing platforms, and offering common training for employees. This will lead to greater efficiency for the clients.
Within the partnership, BOFIDI and Taccx Partners will retain their names and visual identities.
