The founder and partner of BOFIDI LEGAL is Christophe Piette, an expert in corporate law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions as well as restructuring.
Christophe is a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar and a researcher within the Department of Business & Law at the University of Antwerp. He regularly lectures within his field and is the author of several academic publications.
