What exactly does that mean? And how do our customers experience this in practice? Of course, we prefer to hear from our customers themselves.
In this fourth blog post of a series in which some of our customers testify about our collaboration, we hear from Filip De Graeve at CAT Solutions.
A kick from efficiency
Filip De Graeve is the founder of CAT Solutions. CAT stands for company, advice and technology. “We get a kick when we can make companies more efficient, help them to automate and optimise. We do this on the basis of ProfitPlus Business Software, an ERP package. And that stands for Enterprise Resource Planning.”
CAT Solutions is aimed at companies in the field of distribution, wholesale and specialised trade, but also production companies and industrial suppliers. They recently celebrated their twelfth anniversary with around 20 employees. In everything they do, their company strives for three values: speed, simplicity and sustainability.
It is also nice to know that in 2019 CAT Solutions was nominated as a finalist for “SME of the year” in the “services company” category by Unizo West Flanders.
CAT Solutions has been a customer of Bofidi for almost 6 years and that is no accident. Filip: “In October 2014 I met Dieter from Bofidi through another activity. We immediately made a personal connection and soon after that we switched to Bofidi with the entire group.”
Accountant as revenue
Filip De Graeve: We greatly appreciate the accessibility of Dieter and the Bofidi team. It is also nice to see how they contribute to our business and the professionalism with which they take stock and examine the figures, always with an eye to the future.”
